Cheesy Garlic Potatoes
- 1/2 c. cheese béchamel sauce
- 1 potato, peeled and cubed into large pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
2. Boil until potatoes are cooked through.
3. Mash potatoes/garlic with butter and fold in cheese sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste
